We are currently seeking a Full-Time & PRN Physical Therapist to join our Avante Team!Avante at Ormond, a Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team of long-term care professionals. This is a vital role in a facility with a positive community reputation, a history of successful outcomes, and an experienced cohesive team. Provides Physical Therapy services to residents and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with department procedures.
- Conducts screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine the need for intervention / treatment.
- Evaluates residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
