Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and handle all guest inquiries and requests. This role is crucial in ensuring that our hotel maintains its reputation for excellent hospitality and efficient operations. We are currently hiring for all shifts.
7am to 3pm 1st shift
3pm to 11pm 2nd shift
11pm to 7am 3rd shift
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring that it is clean and organized.
- Handle all guest inquiries and requests, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Use phone systems to take and answer calls, as well as handle internal and external communications.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate reporting and to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services.
- Utilize hospitality management skills to resolve guest issues and concerns.
- Perform front desk duties during peak hours, including checking in and out guests.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of phone systems and hospitality management practices.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience with front desk operations and night audit procedures is preferred.
Work Environment & Context:
-Must be able to perform major life activities: standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and
communicating.
-Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
-Long hours sometimes required. Work schedule varies and may include occasionally working on
Holidays, weekends, and evenings
-Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
-Where applicable, follow approved laundry procedures; ensure understanding of operation of washers and dryers. Assist
with folding linen according to proper standards.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
