What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courier position at Avita Health System?
Coordinates and performs routine manual duties involved in the movement of but not limited to meals, linen, supplies, materials, specimens and blood products between Avita Health System campuses and satellite physician offices, other healthcare organizations or other facilities as required. Drives organization owned vehicle to deliver and/or retrieve items to facilities in a timely manner as required.
Shift Information: Casual position, varied shifts
Requirements:- Current valid Ohio driver's license in good standing with insurance company acceptable driving record.
- Required to do heavy lifting of > 50 pounds.
PREFERRED
- 1-year previous experience as a driver or as delivery personnel.
