We are looking to bring on an exceptional founding sales and marketing team member to help us in our mission to revolutionize the way small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) operate through AI. Thing are moving fast at Avoca as we're growing revenue by over 35% every month and rapidly expanding our core product and platform every week based on customer feedback.
What we’re looking for :
- An action-oriented leader with a track record of building out scalable 0-1 distribution in the world of SMBs
- A dynamic Swiss Army Knife that has a range of skillsets in the bag (cold calling, boots on the ground tactics, content marketing, SEO optimization, social media marketing, ad campaigns)
- Self-directed, high ownership, passionate; desire to work on a fast-paced, intense, fun team.
- Excited to be our first sales & marketing hire; ambition to build a world-class team
