Finishing Technician

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

• Use a variety of hand tools and microscope to clean, shape, smooth and remove excess material (debur) from precision machined components. Work will be somewhat repetitive by nature using small hand tools.
• Check/inspect parts to ensure all operations have been completed properly and in compliance with established specifications and procedures.

Minimum Qualification Standards:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be detailed oriented, mechanically adept and have good fine motor skills.
• Possess knowledge of basic hand tool mechanics.
• Regular, physical on-site attendance is required.

Physical Requirements:
Minimal physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 5 pounds, prolonged periods of sitting.

Starting Pay: $16.00/hr. - $16.50/hr.

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
