Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
- Use a variety of hand tools and microscope to clean, shape, smooth and remove excess material (debur) from precision machined components. Work will be somewhat repetitive by nature using small hand tools.
- Check/inspect parts to ensure all operations have been completed properly and in compliance with established specifications and procedures.
Minimum Qualification Standards:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be detailed oriented, mechanically adept and have good fine motor skills.
- Possess knowledge of basic hand tool mechanics.
- Regular, physical on-site attendance is required.

- Ability to work independently and follow procedural processes.
- Must be able to maintain an organized and clean work station.
- Adaptability adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Requirements:
Minimal physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 5 pounds, prolonged periods of sitting.
Starting Pay: $16.00/hr. - $16.50/hr.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
