We are searching for an experienced high energy Flatbed Dispatcher to join our growing operations team in Northeast Ohio. You will help in the processing of customer orders as well as the distribution of daily orders to the drivers assigned to this region. Attention to detail, excellent people skills, respect for coworkers and a positive attitude are critical traits for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate the activities of drivers and other personnel.
- Receive and dispatch orders to drivers in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of all dispatched orders.
- Assist in dissemination of daily route schedule to drivers
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and customer information.
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback as needed.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Ideal candidate will have:
An ideal candidate must be a proven leader, work independently, be highly organized and show drive as they lead a team, increase productivity, and maximize business.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a dispatcher role involving DOT/FMCSR requirements for Class A CDL drivers (tractor-trailers) in the trucking industry.
- Proficiency with and knowledge of trucking safety regulations, including ELD systems (Omnitracs and/or Isaac Instruments), hours of service, and CDL driver qualifications.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, customer relations, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Dispatch software products (preferably TMW), load boards, Onboard camera systems.
- Experience with Company Drivers, Independent Contractors, and brokerage operations is needed as well as interacting with multiple company and agent partners on a daily basis.
Pay: Commensurate with Experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
