What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurses Aide position at Axelon Services Corporation?

1199 59day assignment. Rotating weekends. No schedule restrictions on shift contracted to work. Floating required. 1yr CNA exp in acute care (R). NYS Nurse Aide cert (R). HS diploma/GED (P). Obtains pt’s height, weight & vital signs if required. Reports abnormal findings/changes in pt status to RN or charge RN immediately. Re-positions pts on bed rest every 2 hours. Assists pts w/ personal hygiene & dressing. Must be able to lift & position pts. Royal blue scrubs.

Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
