Responsibilities
- Customer service inbounding calls and emails.
- Communication with third parties to obtain necessary information and documentation.
- Reviewing loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Loan funding, Audit/certifications.
- HS Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in an operational or customer service role
- Experience working at a financial institution is a plus
