What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at AZAD Technology Partners?
Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Coordinator and provide project support to Project Managers by coordinating Substation, Transmission Lines, Telecommunications and Facility projects for an established PMO within an enterprise level organization. This individual will coordinate activities that enable goals or objectives to be accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters using Project Management Institute (PMI) based project management methodology and best practices.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is based in Vancouver, WA and is hybrid with work performed onsite one day weekly. The beginning hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.41) is $34.87.
The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science or other related technical discipline is preferred.
With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience is required.
With a Bachelor's degree not in applicable fields, 7 years of experience is required.
Without a Bachelor's degree, 9 years of experience is required.
Experience should include direct work experience in a project coordination/ control capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Must be capable of applying a diversified knowledge of principles and practices in assigned technical areas. Requires a working knowledge of automated data systems.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Project and SharePoint, to store, analyze and manipulate data.
