Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead and coordinate landscaping projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met. The ideal candidate should possess strong team management skills, technical knowledge in horticulture and landscaping, and excellent communication abilities with clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping team.
• Plan and execute landscaping projects from conception to completion.
• Evaluate and select plants, materials, and techniques suitable for each project.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Train and develop team members in landscaping techniques and plant care.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and project progress.
• Manage project budgets and control associated costs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping and team management (minimum of 3 years).
• Knowledge in horticulture, garden design, and maintenance of green spaces.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
