We're open 365 days a year, with holidays being some of our busiest times, so evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential. We work with our team to ensure they have time with their families, but we also need to make sure the theatre is fully staffed to bring the magic of the movies and incredible entertainment experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
As an Entertainment Manager, your day-to-day duties will be diverse and dynamic. You will:
- Lead Your Team: Work with the General Manager to hire, train, motivate, and coach your staff. You'll assess their performance, provide feedback, and resolve any conflicts or concerns.
- Manage Operations: Supervise the entire interactive entertainment team, ensuring smooth service and equipment operation. You'll manage redemption inventory, help with promotional events, and make sure quality and safety controls are followed.
- Drive Success: Collaborate with the operations team to set business objectives, increase profits, and maximize customer satisfaction. You'll also prepare and submit your department's biweekly payroll and maintain personnel records.
- Provide Guest Service: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and professional support. You'll respond promptly to guest requests, even if that means stepping in to help at the redemption counter or repairing a game.
- Maintain the Space: Perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning, and use basic hand tools to assist with repairs and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications
To be a great fit for this role, you should have:
- The ability to open and/or close the theatre regularly.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance to run errands as needed.
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to diffuse tense situations with guests and staff.
- Experience with inventory management and scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of arcade games, bowling lanes, and related equipment is a plus.
Physical Demands
This is an active role that requires you to be on your feet. You must be able to:
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Use hands, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Move and transport up to 50 lbs.
- Use basic hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
