B&T Building Services is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join us! We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Custodian in Bradford, PA—a role that offers variety, independence, and the chance to be a key part of our dynamic team.

Consistent Schedule: 5 days a week, 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
Paid Travel: Drive to various job locations (within a 1.5-hour radius)—gas and vehicle reimbursement is covered!

What You’ll Do:
Travel to different job locations as needed (gas provided!)
Fill in for janitorial staff when needed, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment
Perform tasks such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and garbage removal
Work closely with the Area Manager to keep facilities in top shape
Bring strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness
What We’re Looking For:
Great attitude & communication skills
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Willingness to work second shift and travel (you’ll be home every night!)
Adaptability to a changing schedule
