We have lead cleaning positions available in Ebensburg, PA. The position is Monday - Friday after 4pm/ 40 hours a week. Pay is $16.50 an hour with weekly pay.
o Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Assign tasks and monitor the progress of cleaning assignments
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
o Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or commercial cleaning practices and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of custodial equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Note: This position requires the ability to manage a team of cleaners, oversee cleaning operations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role is preferred
