Location
Back on Track Veterinary Rehab Center is located in Portland, Oregon. Portland is a vibrant and scenic city in the

What You’ll Be Working On
● Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
● Help direct and maintains flow of patient movement and care throughout clinic
● Oversees scheduling, client communications, and in-clinic check-ins/check-outs
● Maintain accurate and current medical records by connecting with other clinics
● Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
● Provides support for technicians and veterinarians
● Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
● Be up for the wild card! You never know what each day will bring beyond the usual cuddles & cookies!

Qualifications
● Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
● At least 1 year of experience in customer service role required
● At least 1 year of experience in veterinary practice required
● Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
● Demonstrated commitment to making a difference for people and pets
● Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
● Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
● Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
