Badger Brothers Moving is one of the fastest growing companies in Wisconsin! As we seek to expand throughout the state, we're looking for GREAT people to grow with us by joining our sales and customer service team. This is an office/call center position in Madison, WI.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Field inbound calls and emails requesting estimates and/or information for upcoming household moves.
- Provide an accurate estimate of cost after discussing the details of the move (We'll teach you how to do this).
- Provide outstanding customer service and client care.
- Close sales by ultimately convincing potential customers to schedule their household moves with Badger Brothers Moving.
- Follow-up with leads if they do not immediately schedule their move over the phone.

Compensation:
Expected pay $48,000-54,000
- $17-20/hour base hourly pay
- $500-$1,000 monthly commission
- $3,000-$7,000 annual cash reimbursement toward health insurance
