About the Role

- We’re looking for a Customer Sales and Service Representative to support our customers and ensure a seamless experience with our products. This is a remote, full-time role with hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Central Time).
Starting pay is $20/hour.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, professional guidance
- Create quotes and coordinate with hospital procurement teams
- Enter orders using our ERP system (Fishbowl)
- Use Zendesk to manage support tickets and communication
- Support existing customers and assist with product use or issues
- Represent WiscMed with empathy and professionalism at every touchpoint
What You’ll Need
- Must be in the Madison, WI area
- Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savviness and comfort with learning new systems and tools
- Dependability, organization, and self-motivation
- Basic math and writing skills
- A stable, high-speed internet connection
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- A professional, proactive approach to working independently
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Shopify, or Fishbowl ERP
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
