Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Racine, WI. This is not your typical desk-bound engineering job—this role requires a hands-on approach, time on the plant floor, and close collaboration with Production and Tool & Die teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help design and detail drawings and specifications for tools, dies, fixtures, gauges, and custom machines
- Reverse engineer product designs using sketches and instructions to assess and apply tooling specifications
- Prepare material lists and identify vendors for tooling and machine construction
- Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes and quality inspection methods
- Collaborate on documentation, including part prints, tool drawings, inspection reports, routings, and quotes
- Interpret customer drawings and assist with material and process cost estimating to improve profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing or metal fabrication environment (Preferred)
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external partners
