As a Senior Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:
- Ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method isnot viable. Communicate with various clients and must have goodcustomer service skills. Quickly adjusts to changing jobassignments/requirements.
- Under broad direction supervises and oversees the installation/pullingof (complex) ESP Systems, and associated equipment in offshore andonshore locations. Leads a team, attends pre job planning meetings,prepares for and supervises the technical service.
- Acts as on site Centrilift representative for communication with customers and accountmanagers. Completes all job documentation.
- Conducts a worksite reviewand debrief the internal team.
- Monitors, troubleshoots and testsdownhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools in order tomaximise well productivity and ESP run life. Sets up and startsCentrilift Motor Controllers and VSD’s.
- Electrically competent personnelmay be required to commission and maintain various types of surfacecontrol equipment.
- Provides on-the-job training to team members.
- Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSEpolicies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Two year Technical Degree preferred.
- Industry experience and product line training required in ESP
