The Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and communications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Performing shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with planners to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with global logistic team and shipping team in sister sites.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
- Be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Possess knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
