What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Assembly and Organization position at Baker's Hardware?
Assembling new mowers, baggers, saws, trimmers and assisting sales & service staff. Mechanical ability, very organized, some computer skills, ability to multi-task and follow orders.
• Maintain safe, clean and efficient work environment.
• Complete all tasks in an efficient, expedient professional manner
• Maintain a cheerful, friendly professional demeanor when interacting with customers and fellow employees.
• Assist OPE sales and clerical staff in product rotation.
• Ensure security and be vigilant with security issues in and around the entire property.
• Assist other co-workers when requested
• Maintain forklift certification.
• Ensure proper preparation procedures are followed to ensure customer satisfaction and safe operation of our products
• Ensure extreme accuracy when working with all aspects of the job including but not limited to serialized wholegoods and serviced equipment.
• Thoroughly inspect and test all equipment before it reaches the customer.
• Must be willing to work a normal 40 hours per week, and longer hours, as required, to meet customer demands.
• Able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs., and work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Salary Range 33,280 - 44,600
