LEASING CONSULTANT (Part-Time)

Location: Glen Hills Apartments; Glendale, WI; 224-units

Schedule: Part-Time, 20-28 hours/week

Hourly Rate: $16 - $18, based on experience

As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Glen Hills Apartments, you'll be the welcoming face of our community, embodying our core values every day. This sales-focused position emphasizes outstanding customer service, goal achievement, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with professionalism and warmth
• Conduct apartment tours and highlight the benefits of our community
• Manage the full leasing process, from initial inquiry through move-in
• Support current residents and help maintain high satisfaction levels
• Handle follow-ups and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media outreach

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with property management software preferred (YARDI experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer-first mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Social media or marketing experience is a bonus
