Reports: Property Manager
Schedule: M-F Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and on-call schedule
Wages $20 - $23 per hour
Requirements
Attendance is critical! You are representing Banyan Living, your team and the property owners. We need you to be there!
Transportation to and from work is paramount.
Arrive on time everyday and ready to be productive.
A cheerful positive attitude is essential!
Ability to work a flexible schedule is important, especially during the winter months.
1 years maintenance experience is helpful.
We complete a background investigation on candidates and employment is contingent on the results.
All employees must adhere to the Employee Handbook and additional Policy & Procedures related to job responsibilites.
