We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our dedicated maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired look
• Ensure a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines
• Conduct touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain a high standard of appearance
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects on time

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a residential setting
• Strong knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques
• Ability to read and follow instructions and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
