As a Property Manager at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Barrington Place in Westlake Ohio. You will ensure that the property is well-maintained, fully occupied, and operating within budget. In addition, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Manage tenant relations, including leasing, move-ins, and move-outs
- Ensure proper accounting and financial management, including rent collection and budgeting
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff
- Enforce property policies and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
