Service Advisor/Writer

WE’RE LOOKING FOR….

A Service Advisor/Writer to join a rapidly growing organization. This individual will be responsible for working with multiple departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You will greet customers and consult with them on their vehicle service needs. You will be working closely with other members of the service department team, in addition to our accounting and parts department. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing #1 in Philly Delaware and south jersey Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler and Barbera Cares Programs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

· Managing your own work in process and providing excellent customer service

· Contacting customers regarding any changes in the estimate and promised time

· Addressing and resolving customer complaints

· Upselling products

· Internal customer service by receiving inquiries and responding to a variety of questions

The Qualifying Candidate Must Have

· High School Diploma required

· Self starter with strong initiative

· Effective multi-tasker

· Works independently and as part of a team

· 1-2 years of work experience in an automotive service department

· Advanced attention to detail

· Some Saturdays and evenings required

· Knowledge of Microsoft products, especially MS Excel

· Knowledge of Cdk a plus

· Polished communication, problem solving, and customer servicing skills desired

· Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy

· You have to understand the value of teamwork and how teams work…that was deep. If you disagree, read it again. Out loud if necessary.

The Specialist, Accounts Payable will report to Team Lead, Financial Operations and will be an hourly full-time position.
