Who we need:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position for a Resident Service Coordinator. Wood Ridge Homes contains a mix of 230 assisted one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartment homes with LIHTC and project-based section 8 programs. We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate person to join our team to enrich the lives of our residents.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience preferred in affordable housing with LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 programs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to residents and guests.
- Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
