Working Foreman – Multi-Trade Construction Lead
We are seeking a Working Foreman with strong field leadership and the ability to self-perform across multiple trades. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on craftsmanship and small-team supervision across commercial and residential job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skilled trade work including framing, drywall, trim, MEP coordination, light plumbing/electrical, and finishes
- Lead in-house crews and subcontractors to execute project scopes
- Conduct material takeoffs, place orders, and manage deliveries
- Maintain quality standards, job pacing, and task sequencing
- Coordinate daily tasks with the Superintendent or Project Manager
- Handle minor layout, site setup, and final punch work
- Enforce OSHA safety practices and maintain a clean, productive job site
- Keep daily reports and communicate field status effectively
Qualifications:
- 5 years in construction with multi-trade capabilities
- Prior experience as lead carpenter, foreman, or working superintendent
- Skilled in reading plans, performing takeoffs, and managing materials
- Strong communicator with natural field leadership
- Own tools preferred; must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Pay: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
