Responsibilities

• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Assist clients in buying properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to expand the company's network and business opportunities.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Learn and utilize all technology systems per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, team meetings, trainings and Partner Call
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience with 1 years as a Real Estate Agent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Team-focused and willing to learn.
• Desire to grow in business.
• Flexibility to serve clients in Lancaster and surrounding counties.
