Responsibilities

• Daily training focused on sharpening negotiation skills so you can build confidence and close more deals.
• Proven bootcamp model where agents who fully participate and consistently make their calls average 3 transactions in just 12 weeks
• Weekly mentorship from a top-producing agent who is in the field, closing deals, and sharing exactly what’s working now
• Real-time coaching in negotiation, pricing, and client communication to help you win more listings and close more contracts
• Access to systems and strategies used by the best teams in the country to build consistent production and income

Qualifications

• A current Pennsylvania Real Estate License is required to officially join the team, but not to apply.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
