Job Summary:
Under general supervision of the Environmental Services Lead, performs daily linen duties and/or daily cleaning of inpatient, ancillary, outpatient and administrative areas of Bartlett Regional Hospital. Ensures patients, visitors and hospital staff with a safe, clean, functional and aesthetically attractive physical environment consistent with the standards established by Bartlett Regional Hospital, The Joint Commission, the State of Alaska and other regulatory agencies. Participates in other hospital committees and teams as appropriate. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications for the Job:
EVS Tech I: ($19.78 - $23.27 per hour)
- Preferred Education: High School diploma or the equivalent.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in institutional housekeeping.
- Certification(s)/License(s): None
EVS Tech II: ($21.64 - $25.46 per hour)
- Preferred Education: High School diploma or the equivalent.
- Experience: Six (6) months of experience as a custodian or similar position, with experience in floor care.
- Certification(s)/License(s): None
Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
