The Basics
Location: Towner, CO
Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000/yr
Days/Hours: This job will be mostly day shift hours, Monday-Friday, but sometimes you will work after hours and on weekends. During harvest you can expect many 12-16 hour days.
Equipment Used: Various grain handling equipment, mainly conveyors and legs
Material Handled: Bulk commodities: wheat, corn, soybeans, etc

As a member of leadership, you are expected to set a model safety example by following and enforcing all safety practices.
The operational duties of this hands-on job will include supervising and helping with grain receiving, storage, handling, blending, and loading of grain by trucks and/or railcars ; monitoring stored grain condition; and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow Team Members.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of leadership, you are expected to set a model safety example by following and enforcing all safety practices.
The operational duties of this hands-on job will include supervising and helping with grain receiving, storage, handling, blending, and loading of grain by trucks and/or railcars ; monitoring stored grain condition; and maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment to provide a safe environment for you and fellow Team Members.
In the office you will be responsible for
- Creating and sharing various reports
- Monitoring adherence with compliance and regulatory policies
- The supervision and management of personnel, including hiring, training and discipline
- Managing the business plan according to pre-set objectives
- Managing the preventative maintenance program
- Communicating tasks, directives and policies with both senior leadership and supervised team members
- Compiling and sharing inventories
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
- Available to work overtime and weekends
- Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
