We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing team and provide high-quality medical care to our patients.
About the Role:
As a valued member of the practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of patient care. The position is for assisting in the operating on cranial and spine surgeries, endovascular surgeries in the cath lab, inpatient consultations and rounding, and outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations of 20-24 patients on full clinic days
- Managing pre and post operative visits
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, lab tests).
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication prescriptions.
- Triaging patient advice calls
- Addressing post-operative inquiries
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record.
Requirements
- State licensure as a Physician Assistant.
- Experience working in Neurosurgery (a plus).
- Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of medical principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$150.00 per hour to $200.00 per hour*
*Employees actual pay rate will depend on a host of factors including, without limitation, job location, specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The pay scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
