POSITION SUMMARY :
As a key pillar of the Marketing department, the Partnerships team is responsible for coordination and execution of assigned brand partnerships as well as assists in the development of new and future partnerships to strengthen and drive the image of the Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and White River Marine Group’s brands.
The Partnerships Coordinator will assist in coordinating with the broader partnership team stakeholders to support and create additional loyalty with our key brand partnerships and strategic alliances at Bass Pro Shops.
This role will have a strong focus on organization and documentation within the team to make sure we are delivering on all partner tasks and creating awareness of new partnership / sponsorship opportunities.
The Partnerships Coordinator role will help support our iconic brand and contribute to the mission of inspiring everyone to enjoy, love and conserve the great outdoors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Development and ongoing maintenance of partnerships process documentation, status reporting and marketing briefs.
- Daily oversight of our new partner intake process, including data entry, summary reporting, and socialization of opportunities.
- Helps coordinate deliverables associated with Bass Pro Shops brand partnerships by ensuring timely completion of commitments made through partnership agreements, as assigned.
- Assists in the execution of the annual marketing plans and Bass Pro Shops integration opportunities with each corporate partner, to ensure growth goals and renewals.
- Coordinates the development and production of marketing assets with cross functional partners such as video, creative, social media and others to ensure partner objectives are implemented successfully.
- Helps execute the annual plans for all aspects of the selling process related to Bass Pro Shops proprietary properties (merchandise, marketing and media partners).
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred Degree : Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Years of experience : 1 -3 years experience in marketing, partnership, sales or production role required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY :
- Interest or passion for the outdoors, knowledgeable about aspects of the sports of angling and hunting / shooting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Detail-oriented and strong ability to maintain quality documentation of processes and procedure.
- Excellent communication skills and build relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of relevant communication channels and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
