Recruiter

Baths R Us is seeking a driven and energetic Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on high-volume hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for identifying top talent. This role is also responsible for coordinating onboarding processes and delivering engaging new hire orientations to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, with an emphasis on high-volume hiring for field and office positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple platforms and tools
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of onboarding, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation
• Lead engaging new hire orientation sessions to introduce employees to company culture, policies, and expectations
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and onboarding records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with other HR administrative tasks, such as, travel arrangements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring across various job functions
• Experience in onboarding and delivering new hire orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Home improvement industry experience is a plus but not required
