Description:
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and recommend products and services to save them time and money base in our Tire Center.
- Assist in the daily sales and service operations
- Achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives
- Sell product via phone sales to an established list of customer accounts
- Greet and service in-store customers
- Develop and open new accounts
- Schedule automotive maintenance as well as assigning work to technicians
- Develop cost estimates
- Inform customers on the status of their repairs
- Provide customer recommendations and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Willing to learn multiple positions, including helping in the warehouse and shop operations
