What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pizza Chef position at Bavaro's?
In 2009, Bavaro's inaugurated its initial establishment downtown Tampa, and since then, we have extended our presence across the entire Bay area. Our foundation is rooted in the authentic Neapolitan style of pizza, emphasizing the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and we take immense pride in crafting our dishes. Our commitment extends to delivering outstanding food and beverage services with a genuine passion for excellence.
Past experience working with Neapolitan style pizza, wood oven experience, or baking bread is a plus, but we will train the passionate. Other responsibilities may include:
- Preparing dough to recipe standards
- Prep vegetables, meats, and cheeses
- Maintain a clean working station
- Recommend and execute weekly menu specials
