Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of products produced at our facilities. This includes performing routine and non-routine testing and validation, interpreting and analyzing results, and taking corrective action when necessary.

• Perform chemical raw material through final analyses using process-driven testing procedures.
• Interpret and analyze results, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, problem-solving events, and cross-functional teams representing the Chem Lab.
• Assure compliance with manufacturing and quality control operations per required procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Update procedures, conduct routine audits, and review completed chemical testing.
• Initiate investigations, collect data, make hypotheses, test hypotheses, identify root causes, determine trends, and recommend corrective actions.

What You'll Bring

You'll bring a strong background in chemistry and relevant experience to this role. A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and 0-2 years' experience are preferred.

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use other appropriate software.
• Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends.
• Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required.
• Position requires standing and walking for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform gowning requirements.
• Must be able to wear applicable Personal Protective Equipment.
• Position requires handling of laboratory chemicals.
• Occasional travel as required.
• Must be able to see full spectrum of color.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
