Job Description
Bay Area Community Health is seeking a qualified Family Medicine Practitioner to join our team. As a family medicine practitioner, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver primary medical and educational care to patients of all ages. Your responsibilities will include examination, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, patient education, follow-up consultation, and referrals for specialist services as necessary. You will also maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to state regulatory standards and clinic policies.
