Client Services Specialist
$1,000 signing bonus! Position available to support the person-centered planning team to assist in the coordination and provision of service for adults who have an intellectual disability. Responsible for assessment, plan development, linking, coordinating, advocacy, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services degree. Current Michigan social work licensure along with experience providing service to adults who have a serious and persistent mental illness preferred. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license, proof of insurance and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.

Pay: $46,031.00 - $57,911.00 per year
