BayCare HomeCare is currently in search of our newest Home Care Scheduler (Team Assistant) who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
- Facility: Sarasota Memorial HomeCare
- Location: Sarasota, FL
- Status: PRN (As needed)
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekdays Varies)
- Weekend Work: Occasional
- On Call: No
Home Care Scheduler Responsibilities:
- The Team Assistant is responsible for scheduling and oversight for all disciplines: Nursing, Therapy, and Social Work
- Assists in entering approved PTO and patient Emergency Management Plans into scheduling package
- Enters and verifies vital patient information into billing system
- Maintains CPR card, Driver's license and Auto Insurance information in team member files
- Reviews admission packets for completeness
- Assists the Home Care Supervisor in productivity oversight
- Works all report as indicated in standard work
- Adds and approves all disciplines as instructed by the Supervisor, including the visit type
- Enters skills for each clinician in staff management area of scheduling package and enters assignment of and updates for case manager for each patient
- Assists with daily routine paperwork and clerical duties necessary for the smooth day to day function of the unit
Education:
- Required High School or Equivalent
- Preferred Associates Computer Related
Experience:
- Required 1 year Computer Related
- Preferred 1 year Home Care
