Summary:
Works in collaboration and under direct coordination with a Registered Nurse and is responsible for delivery of patient care as directed for assigned patients including medication administration, therapy and interventions. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred - 1 year - Licensed Practical Nurse.
Required Certification & Licensure also includes 30 hour IV Certification.
Preferred - 1 year - Skilled Nursing.
Preferred Experience also includes 1 year Inpatient Rehab Facility or Long Term Acute Care.
