We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor, to assist guests with their day/night/overnight requests, check in guests for late arrivals, check out guests in the early morning. Work morning shift, help check guests out, reply to emails, answer phones, get reservations for the day set up and assign rooms. Work evening shift when required, check in guests and process payments. Must have Food Handlers Card. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Check in and Check out guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Process and organize payments on folios
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
