Applicant must be willing to work long ours during the Waterpark Season - including nights, weekends and holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day).
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department. This includes managing the food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions

Skills:
