BC Forward is looking for Quality Assurance Specialist II (Remote) in EST / CST
Position Title : Quality Assurance Specialist II (Remote)
Locations : REMOTE - EST / CST
Anticipated Start Date : 03 / 27
Expected Duration : 3 Months
Job Type : Contract with possible extension
Timings : 9 am-530 but flexible, No overtime required
Pay Rate : $22.00 / hr. on W2
Interview Process : Virtual Interview
Need : Min 2yrs of Healthcare Quality Assurance experience and MS OFFICE Proficiency
Job Description : Position Purpose :
The role involves assessing the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and processes through various communication channels to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and improve routine quality concerns and processes .
Education / Experience :
- Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
- Vocational or technical education may include on-the-job training or continuous learning.
- Alternatively, equivalent experience gained through demonstrated knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of the position level.
