Litigation Associate Attorney

Beacon Hill is partnering with a highly respected boutique law firm in Chicago on the search for a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join their growing, collaborative team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience from day one, with direct client contact, active courtroom exposure, and strong mentorship from well-regarded litigators. The firm offers a supportive, entrepreneurial environment without the pressure of billable hour requirements.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing/analytical skills
• Practical experience across all phases of litigation-including depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
• Experience (or interest) in any of the following is a plus: employment, construction, labor, motor vehicle franchise, and/or municipal law
