Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join our corporate finance team. This role is instrumental in preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS and internal reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial consolidations, technical accounting, and reporting for multinational operations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for internal and external stakeholders

• Support the global consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations

• Perform analytical reviews of financial results and investigate variances

• Partner with regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data submission

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial reporting systems (e.g., HFM, OneStream, SAP BPC)

• Participate in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors

• Monitor and apply relevant changes to accounting standards and help assess their impact on the business

• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)

• 4 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting; experience in a global or public company setting preferred

• Strong understanding of consolidation accounting, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency translation

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS

• Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP/consolidation systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

• Effective communicator and collaborator across global teams
  
  

• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector

• Familiarity with internal controls (SOX) and corporate governance practices

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
