The Beanstalk Group seeks a Royalty Analyst within the Finance Department to assist in the collection, data entry, and audit/reconciliation of Royalty reports and cash receipts.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering data from royalty reports and cash receipts
- Identifying overdue royalty reports
- Overseeing collections of current or past due monies
- Maintaining client files and generating ad hoc reports for the needs of clients and employees within the corporation
The individual should be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will have strong communication and computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel and will be a team player with acquired business acumen.
The candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years professional work experience in finance, accounting, or related fields. Accounts receivables experience preferred. Royalty collection experience a plus.
