Overview

The Director of Integrated Marketing provides visionary leadership and direction in marketing, brand, and media, focusing on increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, and, ultimately, market share growth. The position also creates a compelling brand narrative, designs high-impact marketing campaigns, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive, customer-obsessed brand marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and experience, customer engagement, and revenue by deeply understanding consumer needs and behaviors.
  • Oversee and craft culturally defining brand messaging and storytelling across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency with the company’s vision and values.
  • Establishes digital advertising and traffic acquisition strategies, including campaigns and paid search optimization.
  • Analyzes campaign performance using data-driven insights to measure and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, evaluating success and providing actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
  • Defines and establishes architectural best practices, a common language and patterns, style guidelines, and functional consistency.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, continuously monitors industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies, and explores opportunities in social media content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid marketing.
  • Provides oversight to agency partners, including conveying Beazer’s marketing and brand directions, establishing and maintaining partnerships, and setting delivery goals and metrics.
  • Forges strong partnerships with sales, operations, field marketing, and other marketing teams to align marketing strategies, streamline execution, and maximize impact.
  • Fosters an environment of creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking while driving measurable impact.
  • Performs other duties assigned under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, consumer behavior, advertising, or another related area.
  • 10 plus years of combined experience with integrated marketing, paid media, and brand development
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and planning skills: demonstrated success in influencing and communicating ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Awareness of current cultural trends as they relate to the brand and relevant promotional opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and demonstrate ROI.
  • Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

  • The work environment for this role is primarily office-based, with most tasks completed on a computer.
  • The position also involves occasional travel, including air travel, site visits, industry events, off-site meetings, or overseeing business operations in various locations. Travel requires adaptability to different work settings, and the individual should be comfortable working remotely as needed.
  • Overall, this role offers a balance between a stable office environment and the dynamic nature of travel, demanding strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to transition seamlessly between on-site and remote work.
