Technical Account Professional
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Technical Account Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and technology requirements, and delivering strategic technology initiatives that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and quarterly business reviews.
- Technology Solution Delivery: Work closely with the technical team to deliver strategic technology initiatives that incorporate hardware, software, projects, and more.
- Service Performance: Conduct high-level meetings to discuss technology and service performance, and showcase Teal's service value to clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network, or equivalent.
- Experience: Over 3 years of experience in a technical account management or a comparable role, and more than 1 year of experience in technical account documentation, writing, and client documentation.
