Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Specialist to provide exceptional support across various administrative functions.

  • Submit flight requests to partners, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating with advertisers and updating social media content.
  • Assist in scheduling pilots, maintenance, and other tasks as directed by the manager.
  • Review pilot expense reports for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide travel booking and logistics support, including airline ticket bookings.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and strong team player attitude.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior aviation experience not required but beneficial.
